We are looking to recruit a Part-time Family/Volunteer Co-ordinator, working from our Crawley based office, to be responsible for recruiting, training, supervising and supporting a team of volunteers helping families under pressure. The Co-ordinator plays a vital role in visiting families to assess their needs and in integrating support with other agencies.
Personal parenting experience is required, along with a sound knowledge of working with vulnerable families and proven experience of providing supervision.
Applicants must have use of their own car, for which mileage expenses are paid.
Salary: £21,074 (NJC 22-27) pro rata (Actual £13,100), plus contributory pension. 23 hours per week.
