Part time Group Worker

We are recruiting a Part Time Group Worker

Would you like to use your Early Years’ experience to support both children and their parents in our group settings?

We are looking for a person of warmth, creativity, flexibility and experience to take charge of two of our groups. The post involves supporting and supervising a small team of volunteers to provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for children (aged 0-4) and their carers. The role requires the setting up and clearing away of equipment, some monitoring paperwork both within the group and the office and liaison with other agencies.

This is an exciting and rewarding role within a friendly and supportive team for the right person.

Parenting experience is essential
Hours of work: 10 hours per week to cover 2 groups which run term time only.
Salary: £4665 actual (£19,945 pro rata)
Contributory pension available, some lunchtime work may be necessary. Own car essential as the role involves travelling between the groups. Mileage expenses will be covered.
