Christmas Appeal 2022 #2

“Let’s make our local families sparkle this Christmas. Keep the magic alive by supporting our appeal!”

Help us to support local families in need this Christmas – your vital support will make a real difference to local families who are experiencing difficulties.

Ways you could support us are:

• Getting involved in our Dress Up day on 2nd December (if this date is not suitable, please feel free to hold it on another day)
• Financial donations to our Just Giving Campaign
• Donations of local supermarket vouchers (Aldi, Tesco, ASDA, Iceland, Sainsburys etc) to help support our families with food & essentials this Christmas. Please email info@homestartchams.org.uk or call 01293 416327 to find out what we need.

With your support we can continue to help families such as:

• The family where Mum returned home with severe health issues following a traumatic birth experience and needed ongoing support to help her to parent her new born.
• The family who found themselves in financial difficulties, struggling to provide enough food.
• The mum Who had experienced multiple recent losses and was now a carer to one parent while trying to be a parent to her own children.
• The parent who has never parented before and needs the reassurance and guidance of another parent, to grow in confidence and learn to enjoy their child.
• The Mum who gave birth to premature twins and is now juggling the demands of two babies plus the additional health complications of one twin.  What a difference an extra pair of hands can make from a volunteer!
